COACHING WOMEN THROUGH DIVORCE
I help women navigate the end of a long-term marriage, and career professional women who must stay on top of their game.
When you are going through divorce, it can feel as if everything is falling apart. It can be lonely and upsetting. I know because I have been there. However, careful planning can render a happy and secure future.
Years ago when my forty-one year marriage ended in divorce, I was devastated initially but then I decided to use this event as an opening to a new life for me. I committed to an inner and outer journey toward wholeness - for myself, my children, and even my former spouse. Today I have a wonderful life and I am committed to helping others do the same.
With a divorce coach as a thinking partner through the business of getting divorced, you will:
Be better prepared to meet with attorneys and other divorce professionals.
Make smarter decisions, saving you time and money.
You will have a compassionate listener through the emotional side of divorce.
"Coaching helps the client self-discover the impact of how they filter the information used in decision making and helps them explore other options or shift their perspective to consider other possible solutions." Kurt Chacon Collaborative Family Law.
The American Bar Association defines divorce coaching as "a flexible, goal-oriented process designed to support, motivate, and guide people going through divorce to help them make the best possible decision for their future, based on their particular interests, needs, and concerns."
I promise you, there's life after divorce.
